PAYMENT DETAILS:
You will receive an online invoice with a delivery date confirmation once you've placed your order.
We accept payment five (5) ways: 1. Cash, 2. Check, 3. Bank Draft (by adding us as a merchant to your online banking system), 4. Direct Deposit (using our online payment option with a link embedded in your delivery confirmation email) & 5. Credit/Debit Cards (visa, mastercard, discover).

WHO DELIVERS MY FOOD? The majority of our deliveries are handled directly by Tammi! On occassion, you may see another one of our staff however, we make every effort to alert you if you will see a different face. If we have sensitive delivery information (i.e., your garage code, a key to your yard or home, etc.) we will always ask permission before sending a different driver.
WHAT IS THE COST OF YOUR DELIVERY SERVICE? The cost of our delivery service is NOTHING. That's right - no charge, nada, zippo, zilch! Why? Because we want to make it easy on you and reward you for making a very wise decision to feed your companion animal top of the line pet food. Way to go!
WHAT IS A STANDING ORDER? A standing order is the amount of pet food, treats, & supplements you need each delivery cycle. We deliver either biweekly, weekly, monthly, every two months or every three months depending on your specific needs such as geographic location, storage capacity, etc.
We assist you in determining approximately how much food your pet will eat during your delivery cycle and monitor it closely through periodic email check in's.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RUN OUT OF FOOD BEFORE MY NEXT SCHEDULED DELIVERY DATE? Rest assured, we will not let your pet starve! In the event you are running low - no problem! We'll be there as soon as needed to replenish your supply. No worries.
WHY DON'T YOU ANSWER THE PHONE DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS? Blackbird's Bowl is a consulting based home delivery service business. We are in the office by 7am Monday - Friday and finalize our day around 6pm. During those hours we spend most of our time on the phone with clients discussing their specific needs, traveling to visit dogs, cats & horses, and delivering food. So most of the time we are with clients. While on the road, we have committed to be "in the no phone zone" as much as we can and therefore do not answer the phone or text while driving. We appreciate your understanding and hope you will experience our personal attention and committment to you as our client!
WHY DIDN'T YOU RETURN MY CALL OR ANSWER MY EMAIL? The rule of thumb is...if you don't hear from us within a maximum of 24 hours then we didn't get your message. There are so many examples of emails lost in cyberspace, voicemails getting deleted, etc. Please know how important every existing client or potential client is! Again, if you don't hear back - try us again because it simply means something got lost in translation!
